Planning with Tribes

Planning with Tribes

Supporting Indigenous communities with preservation and development projects through cultural heritage planning.

Over the last two decades, we have built strong relationships with Tribes across North America. We have been hired by Tribes from the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma, the Seminole Tribe of Florida, the Akwesasne Mohawk on the New York/Canadian border, and more. The breadth and depth of this experience has led to a profound and humbling understanding of the unique needs, challenges, and opportunities faced by Indigenous communities. Our work in Cultural Heritage Planning has contributed to new ways of conveying a community’s identity and stories and supporting economic development.

How Can We Help?

  • Infrastructure plans
  • Interpretive plans
