Human Resources Administrator (Hybrid)

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota (Hybrid)

We have an immediate opening for a part-time Human Resources Administrator in our St. Paul office. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a range of interesting projects and collaborate with a great team of people. This is a flexible position of approximately 15-20 hours per week.


Wage range: $19.00-25.00/hour depending on experience and skills. This position is not eligible for company benefits however based on performance and company need, there may be potential for advancement to a salaried, full-time position eligible for benefits.


Must be willing and able to do a variety of human resources tasks, including:

  • Tracking Affirmative Action data and initiatives
  • Employee administration
  • Coordinating HR processes within an established framework
  • Completing HR documentation, under direction
  • Participate in additional projects as appropriate according to skill level, experience, and ability
  • Other business-related tasks as needed


Must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional working conduct with high regard for confidentiality
  • Ability to work remotely, with adequate internet connection for video conferencing
  • Excellent attention to detail and following processes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge and ability to use or learn to use current technologies
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to reliably commute to 106 Group’s St Paul office on an as-needed basis
  • Documentation to prove full vaccination from COVID-19

Additional Experience Valued or Preferred:

  • Experience within the consulting industry
  • Knowledge of HR requirements and compliance
  • Experience with business strategy
  • Contribute to a company culture of teamwork, service, and excellence
