Our tribal consultation approach goes beyond legal compliance to foster open, honest, and transparent communication with all stakeholders. We create a safe and respectful environment that helps overcome mistrust and encourages meaningful dialogue, ensuring Indigenous voices are valued and integrated into project decision-making. We have partnered with numerous American Indian Bands and Tribes, including the Dakota, Ojibwa, Cherokee, Ho-Chunk, Seminole, Mohawk, Caddo, and Cheyenne. Our work encompasses cultural resource studies and sensitive investigation of burial sites using non-intrusive, respectful methods that honor tribal perspectives and cultural heritage.
