Bill is a seasoned historian, interpreter, and cultural resources manager with over 25 years of service in the field. His wide-ranging experience with the National Park Service, regional park systems, and a variety of museums and historical societies has taken him all over the country. Throughout his career, Bill has effectively collaborated with a variety of community stakeholders, tribal governments, and partner agencies. As Proposal Manager and Cultural Resources Planner, Bill brings a client-side understanding of project management to our team, working with prospective clients to ensure their needs are understood and met during the scoping process. Bill exceeds the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards for History. A consummate storyteller, Bill strongly believes that effective interpretation is one of the most powerful preservation tools available to resource managers. He enjoys building bridges between resource management and interpretation professionals.
